1.       Resolution for Capital Improvement Bonds , Series 2004 in the amount not to exceed $6,365,000 to support the Energy Efficiencies Project

2.       Resolution authorizing the Administrator to sign the contract with the Ann Arbor Community Foundation in the amount of $100,000 from the Housing Contingency Fund Balance as a challenge grant for an Eviction Prevention Program Initiative of the Human Services Collaborative Council-Barrier Buster’s Group

B.            CLAIMS

3.       Resolution authorizing payment of claims commencing with the last previously approved claim and continuing through the date of August 20, 2004
