Resolution ratifying the signature of the County Administrator on the application to the Michigan Department of Consumer & Industry Services for the 2004 Remonumentation Program in the amount of $126,928 for the period January 1, 2004 through December 31, 2004; appointing a grant administrator and county representative; authorizing the Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award; Amending the budget and authorizing the Administrator to sign the delegate contracts

Resolution authorizing the County Administrator to sign the 2003 State Homeland Security Grant Program Part II with the Michigan State Police, Emergency Management Division, for the period January 1, 2004 through April 30, 2005 in the amount of $43,000 to provide Solution Area Planning Activities in Washtenaw County; authorizing the Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award; amending the budget and authorizing the Administrator to sign delegate contracts
