2. Resolution appointing representatives to the Emergency Medical Services Commission for a three year term expiring December 31, 2006

3. Resolution ratifying the Chair of the Board’s signature on the fiscal year (FY) 2004 Food Stamp Employment and Training Plan application to the Michigan Department of Career Development (MDCD) in the amount of $83,256 for the period of October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004 for the Employment Training and Community Services Group (ETCS); authorizing the Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award; amending the budget and authorizing the Administrator to sign the delegate contracts

3. Resolution to adopt the proposed amendment to the Brownfield Plan for Washtenaw County approving tax increment financing and single business tax credit incentives for the City of Ann Arbor’s Broadway Village at Lower Town Brownfield Redevelopment Project

4. Resolution approving the contract for the Lyndon Township and Sylvan Township Sanitary Sewer System Expansion Project

5. Resolution approving revisions to the Washtenaw County Grading/Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Ordinance to bring the Ordinance into compliance with Michigan’s Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Act

Resolution ratifying the County Administrator’s signature on the Fiscal Year 2003 -2004 Michigan Public Service Commission (MPCS) application to the Michigan Community Action Agency Association for the Emergency Energy Assistance Program, “Winter Warmth Project” for the Employment Training and Community Services Group, in the amount of $82,254 for the period of October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004; authorizing the Administrator to sign the notice of grant award; approving the budget; authorizing the Administrator to sign the delegate contracts

Resolution authorizing the Administrator to sign the application to the State of Michigan Historic Preservation Grant Program for funding for inventory, digitizing, and mapping historic resources for the period June 1, 2004 to June 30, 2005 in the amount of $30,009 for a total program amount of $50,174; authorizing the Administrator to sign the notice of grant award; amending the budget; and authorizing the Administrator to sign the delegate contracts.

9. Resolution adopting the Washtenaw County Cost Reimbursement Ordinance along with a fee schedule outlining the recoverable law enforcement personnel costs and the cost of prosecution for drunk driving cases
