1. WAYS & MEANS COMMITTEE – October 1, 2003:

1. Resolution ratifying the County Administrator’s signature on the grant application to the State of Michigan, Office, Office of Highway Safety Planning, for the continuation of the Sheriff’s Department Secondary Road Patrol Program, in the amount of $304,508 for the period of October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004

2. Resolution authorizing the Administrator to sign the Housing Affordability Agreement with Avalon Housing Inc. in the amount of $25,000 from the Housing Contingency Fund for the acquisition of a duplex at 517 W. Summit, Ann Arbor

3. Resolution directing the Board of Public Works to undertake a lake improvement project for the Townships of Northfield and GreenOak

4. Resolution Refunding Bonds not to exceed $4,800,000 Washtenaw County Refunding Bonds, 2003C

5. Resolution approving the undertaking to provide continuing disclosure by the County of Washtenaw Series 2003C

   Resolution refunding bonds not to exceed $12,600,000, Washtenaw County Refunding Bonds, 2003B (Series 1999 Refunding)

Resolution ratifying the signature of the County Administrator on the application to the Michigan Family Independence Agency for Juvenile Accountability Block Grant Program for the participation in the Countywide Coalition for the Juvenile Accountability Block Program, in the amount of $121,523 for the period April 1,2004 through March 31, 2005; authorizing the Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award, amending the budget and authorizing the Administrator to sign the delegate contracts
