Resolution ratifying the County Administrator to sign the Electronic Grant Application to the State of Michigan, Office of Highway Safety Planning, for the Drive Michigan Safely Task Force 2003-04 Program for one year, commencing October 1, 2003 and ending on September 30, 2004 in the amount of $54,631.27; authorizing the Administrator to sign the notice of grant award; amending the budget and authorizing the Administrator to sign the delegate contracts

5. Resolution ratifying the signature of the Chair of the Board on the 2003/2004 State Child Care Fund Budget Summary Form 2091

6. Resolution authorizing the grant application with the National Children’s Alliance in the amount of $45,199 beginning January 1, 2004 through December 31, 2004 for a Planning Grant for a Child Advocacy Center

Resolution ratifying the County Administrator’s signature on the Fiscal Year (FY) 2003 Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) Application in the amount of $147,959 to the Michigan Family Independence Agency (FIA) for the period of September 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004; authorizing the County Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award; amending the budget and authorizing the Administrator to sign the delegate contracts.

Resolution ratifying the Chair of the Board’s signature on the Employment Training and Community Services Group’s PY 03 Reemployment Services Initiative Application to the Michigan Department of Career Development for the period of July 1, 2003 through June 30, 2004 in the amount of $23,414; authorizing the Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award; approving the budget, and authorizing the County Administrator to sign the delegate contracts

Resolution ratifying the Chair of the Board’s signature on the FY 2004 Service Center Operations REED Act Funds Plan Application to the Michigan Department of Career Development for the period of October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004 in the amount of $149,723 for the Employment Training and Community Services Group; authorizing the Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award; approving the budget, and authorizing the County Administrator to sign the delegate contracts

Resolution ratifying the County Administrator’s signature on the Employment Training and Community Services (ETCS) Group’s Fiscal Year 2004Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) Program to the State Family Independence Agency in the amount of $70,920, for the period of October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004; approving the budget; authorizing the Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award; authorizing the Administrator to sign delegate contracts

Resolution ratifying the Chair of the Board’s signature on the Employment Training and Community Services Group’s Workforce Investment Act (WIA) National Emergency Grant in the amount of $15,346 for the period of April 1, 2003 through September 30, 2003; authorizing the County Administrator to sign Notice of Grant Awards; approving the budget and authorizing the Administrator to sign delegate contracts

Resolution setting a Public Hearing for the Proposed 2004/2005 Budget for Wednesday, October 15, 2003 at 6:45 pm in the Board Room, County Administration Building, in compliance with Section 2 of Act 43, P.A. 1963, 2nd ex. session (MCLA 141.412), Section 24e of Act 206, P.A. 1893 (MCLA 211.24e), and directing the County Clerk/Register to cause to be published a notice of said meeting

21. Resolution to set a Public Hearing on November 5, 2003 at 6:45 p.m. to receive public comment on the adoption of the Proposed Amendment to the Brownfield Plan for Washtenaw County
