1. WAYS & MEANS COMMITTEE – September 3, 2003:

2. Resolution authorizing the Administrator to sign the contract with Community Housing Alternatives in the amount of $13,978 for the purpose of acquiring, rehabilitating and reselling four homes location in the City of Ypsilanti and Ypsilanti Township

2. Resolution authorizing the Administrator to sign the contract with Habitat for Humanity of Huron Valley in the amount of $60,000 for the purpose of providing a buy down project for four low-income households in Ypsilanti Township

3. Resolution authorizing the Administrator to sign the contract with the Gateway Community and Economic Development Corporation in the amount of $49,000 to acquire three low-income households in the City of Ypsilanti

4. Resolution authorizing the Administrator to sign the contract with the Community Housing Alternatives in the amount of $73,000 for the purpose of providing homebuyer assistance on four low-income households at 3642-3697 Stone School Road, Ann Arbor

5. Resolution authorizing the Administrator to sign the Letter of Intent to partner with SEMCOG for an Orthophotography Regional Effort in an amount not to exceed $100,000

C. NEW BUSINESS:

7. Resolution accepting comments on the City of Ypsilanti Master Plan Amendment from the Planning Advisory Board, and directing the comments to be sent to the Cit of Ypsilanti and the contiguous Local Units of Government

8. Resolution setting a public hearing on the Proposed 2003 Millage Rate to adjust the 4.6683 authorized Operating Millage Rate to 4.6384 and the .4848 Mills for Parks & Recreation to .4816 and the .2474 Mills for Natural Areas to .2458 for 2003 as the rates permanently established by MCL 211.34d; for Wednesday, September 17, 2003 AT 6:45 p.m. in the Board Room, County Administration Building, in compliance with Section 24e of Act 206, P.A. 1893 (M.C.L.A. 211.24e), the Millage Reduction Fractions Act 6, P.A. 1981, as amended (M.C.L.A. 211.34d), Section 6 of Act 264 P.A. 1987, (M.C.L.A. 141.471), and Section 10(3) of Act 106 P.A. 1985 (M.C.L.A. 207.630); and Directing the County Clerk/Register to cause to be published a Notice of said meeting
