1.      Resolution appointing a representative to the Historic District Commission for the remainder of a three-year term expiring December 31, 2005

B.                WAYS & MEANS COMMITTEE – May 21, 2003:

2.      Resolution approving the contract for the Bridgewater Township Wastewater System Project

3.      Resolution approving the bond resolution for the Bridgewater Township Wastewater System Project

4.      Resolution ratifying the County Administrator’s signature on the Employment Training and Community Services (ETCS) Group’s Fiscal Year 2003 State of Michigan Family Independence Agency’s Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) application for the Emergency Energy Assistance Program, in the amount of $39,731.00 for the period of January 1, 2003 through July 31, 2003; authorizing the Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award; approving the budget; authorizing the Administrator to sign the delegate contracts

5.      Resolution authorizing the Administrator to sign the Application to the Department of Health and Human Services for the Head Start Program for the period of August 1, 2003 through July 31, 2004 in the amount of $283,703; authorizing the Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award; approving the budget and authorizing the Administrator to sign delegate contracts

6.      Resolution amending Sections 46, 47 and 48 in the Washtenaw County Employees’ Retirement System Ordinance to expand the composition of the Washtenaw County Employees’ Retirement System Commission as negotiated with all existing collective bargaining units
