5.      Resolution authorizing the Administrator to sign the Application to the Department of Health and Human Services for the Head Start Program for the period of August 1, 2003 through July 31, 2004 in the amount of $283,703; authorizing the Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award; approving the budget and authorizing the Administrator to sign delegate contracts

 

6.      Resolution amending Sections 46, 47 and 48 in the Washtenaw County Employees Retirement System Ordinance to expand the composition of the Washtenaw County Employees Retirement System Commission as negotiated with all existing collective bargaining units
