2.     Resolution ratifying the County Administrators signature on the Fiscal Year (FY) 2003 Weatherization Plan to the US. Department of Energy/Michigan Family Independence Agency in the amount of $286,638 for the period of April 1, 2003 through March 31, 2004 for the Employment Training and Community Services Group (ETCS); authorizing the Administrator to sign the notice of grant award; approving the budget; authorizing the Administrator to sign delegate and lease contracts
