A.                 WAYS & MEANS COMMITTEE – April 2, 2003:

1.      Resolution ratifying the County Administrator’s signature on an Application to the United States Environmental Protection Agency for a Brownfields Revolving Loan Fund Program in the amount of $1.5 million for the period of July 1, 2003 through June 30, 2008; authorizing the Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award; amending the budget; and authorizing the County Administrator to sign delegate contracts

B.                WAYS & MEANS COMMITTEE – April 17, 2003:

2.     Resolution authorizing the Administrator to sign the Application to the Department of Health and Human Services for the Head Start Program for the period of August 1, 2003 through July 31, 2004 in the amount of $4,475,597; authorizing the Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award; approving the budget and authorizing the Administrator to sign delegate contracts

3.     Resolution authorizing the County Administrator to sign the 2002 State Domestic Preparedness Program Grant Agreement with the State of Michigan in the amount of $108,013 for the period October 1, 2002 to December 31, 2003

4.     Resolution authorizing the County Administrator to sign the 2002 Supplemental Grant for Terrorism Preparedness and Budget Summary with the State of Michigan in the amount of $27,073 for the period in the amount of $41,348 for the Emergency Management Department; authorizing the Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award; amending the budget and authorizing the Administrator to sign delegate contracts

5.     Resolution adopting the 2003 Washtenaw County Equalization Report
