A.                 APPOINTMENTS:

1.      Resolution appointing representation to the Washtenaw County Jury Board as recommended by the Chief Judge for a six – year term expiring April 30, 2009

B.                WAYS & MEANS COMMITTEE – March 19, 2003:

3.      Resolution ratifying the signature of the Chair of the Board on the 2003 Michigan Works! System Plan to the Michigan Department of Career Development (MDCD) for the period of January 1, 2003 through December 31, 2003. for the Employment Training and Community Services Group

4.      Resolution ratifying the County Administrator’s signature on the Fiscal Year 2003 Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) application to the Michigan Community Action Agency Association (MCAAA) for the Emergency Energy Assistance Program entitled “Winter Warmth Project”, in the amount of $52,325.00 for the period of February 1, 2003 through July 31, 2003 for the Employment Training and Community Services (ETCS) Group; authorizing the Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award; approving the budget; authorizing the Administrator to sign the delegate contracts

5.      Resolution approving modifications to the FY 2002-03 Public Health Department’s budget for the period October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003, and position eliminations  Substitution resolution
