B. WAYS & MEANS COMMITTEE – November 6, 2002

1. Resolution ratifying the signature of the County Administrator on the application to the Corporation for National and Community Service for the fiscal year (FY) 2003 Federal Foster Grandparent Program (FGP) in the amount of $474,189 for the period of January 1, 2003 through December 31, 2003 for the Employment Training and Community Services Group; authorizing the Administrator to sign the notice of grant award, approving the budget, AND authorizing the administrator to sign delegate contracts

1. Resolution authorizing the participation in the Countywide Coalition for the Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Program; ratifying the signature of the County Administrator on the application to the Michigan Family Independence Agency for Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grant Program in the amount of $121,523 for the period April 1,2003 through March 31, 2004; amending the budget

1. Resolution affirming the second year of the 2002/2003 Biennial County Budget

1. Resolution amending the existing Washtenaw County Policies and Procedures to add a new policy Prohibiting Weapons on or in County Buildings and Property

C. BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS – November 6, 2002:

28. Resolution approving a Clean Indoor Air Regulation to prohibit smoking in public and private worksites and public places in Washtenaw County, as amended

D. CLAIMS:

29. Resolution authorizing payment of claims commencing with the last previously approved claim and continuing through the date of November 8, 2002
