A. WAYS & MEANS COMMITTEE - August 7, 2002

1. Resolution ratifying the County Administrator's signature on the application to the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) for the Summer Food Program for Children for the Employment Training and Community Services Group in the amount of $135,900 for the period of June 17, 2002 through August 23, 2002; authorizing the Administrator to sign the notice of grant award; authorizing the County Administrator to sign delegate service contracts; and amending the budget

2. Resolution ratifying the County Administrator's signature on the ETCS Group's application to the Office of Services to the Aging (OSA) for the 2002 Foster Grandparent Program in the amount of $27,390 for the period of October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003; authorizing the administrator to sign the notice of grant award; amending the budget; authorizing the Administrator to sign delegate contracts

3. Resolution ratifying the County Administrator's signature on the Employment Training Community Services (ETCS) Group's grant application to the Area Agency on Aging 1-B for the Nutrition Program for the Elderly (Congregate Meals Program and Home-Delivered Meals Program) in the amount of $794,888 for the period of October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003; authorizing the Administrator to sign the notice of grant award; amending the budget; and authorizing the County Administrator to sign delegate and lease contracts

4. Resolution ratifying the Chair of the Board's signature on the Employment Training and Community Services Group's 2002 Employment Services Plan application to the Michigan Department of Career Development for the period of July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2003 in the amount of $412,829.74; authorizing the Administrator to sign the notice of grant award; amending the budget, and authorizing the County Administrator to sign the delegate contracts.

Resolution ratifying the signature of the Chair of the Board on the 2002-2003 Title IV-D Cooperative Reimbursement Agreement with the Michigan Family Independence Agency for the Friend of the Court in an amount not to exceed $2,610,366 for the period of October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003

Resolution ratifying the signature of the Chair of the Board on the 2002-2003 Medical Support Enforcement Agreement with the Office of Child Support Michigan Family Independence Agency for the Friend of the Court in the amount of $109,249 for the period of ctober 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003

7. Resolution ratifying the County Administrator's signature on the application to the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Community Access Program (CAP) for Enhanced Health Service Delivery for Washtenaw County's Uninsured in the amount of $537,751 for the period of September 1, 2002 through August 31, 2003; authorizing the Administrator to sign the notice of grant award; amending the budget and authorizing the Administrator to sign delegate contracts

8. Resolution approving relinquishment of the Springwater Subdivision Drain Drainage District by the Drain Commissioner to the City of Ann Arbor

Resolution ratifying the signature of the Administrator on the application to the Michigan Department of Corrections/Office of Community Corrections for the Washtenaw County/City of Ann Arbor Community Corrections Comprehensive Plan for the period October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003 in the amount of $1,236,554; authorizing the Administrator to sign the notice of grant award; amending the budget and authorizing the Administrator to sign the delegate contracts
