1. Resolution confirming the appointment of Pam Horiszny to the Washtenaw County Economic Development Corporation for the remainder of a term expiring December 31, 2006

B. WAYS & MEANS COMMITTEE - July 17, 2002

2. Resolution ratifying the Chair of the Board's signature on the continuation application to the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) for the Washtenaw County Community Development Housing Rehabilitation and Emergency Repair Service Program in the amount of $300,000 for the period of July 1, 2002 through December 31, 2003 for the Employment Training and Community Services Group; authorizing the County Administrator to sign the notice of grant award; amending the budget and authorizing the Administrator to sign delegate contracts

3. Resolution ratifying the Chair of the Board's signature on the Fiscal Year (FY) 2002 Displaced Homemaker Program (DHP) Plan Application to the Michigan Department of Career Development (MDCD), in the amount of $31,000, for the period of July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2003 for the Employment Training and Community Services Group (ETCS); authorizing the County Administrator to sign the notice of grant award; amending the budget, and authorizing the County Administrator to sign delegate contracts

4. Resolution authorizing the Administrator to sign the Affordable Housing Agreement with Michigan Ability Partners for a recoverable grant for construction of 2843, 2845, 2847 and 2849 Burton Rd., Ann Arbor, in the amount of $70,300 for a total project cost of $315,300

5. Resolution authorizing the signature of the County Administrator on the Emergency Shelter Grant Agreement and accepting $7,500 from the Michigan State Housing Development Authority for Continuum of Care Coordination

9. Resolution amending the Public Health Department FY 01-02 State Comprehensive Plan and Budget Contract, amending the Public Health fund budget and creating a grant status Emergency Preparedness Coordinator Position for work under the Centers for Disease Control Bioterrorism Funding

Resolution ratifying the submission of an electronic application with the Bureau of Justice Assistance, for the Local Law Enforcement Block Grants Program for the Sheriff's Office in the amount of $85,792 for the period of October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003; authorizing the Administrator to sign the notice of grant award; amending the budget and authorizing the Administrator to sign the delegate contracts
