Resolution ratifying the Chair of the Board's signature eon the Employment Training and Community Services Group's Workforce Investment Act Program Year (PY) 2002 Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth Plans in the total amount of $765,950 for the period of July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2003; authorizing the County Administrator to sign notice of grant awards; approving the budget and authorizing the Administrator to sign delegate contracts
2. Resolution ratifying the Chair of the Board's signature on the Employment Training and Community Services Group's Fiscal Year (FY) 2002 Service Center Operations Grant Plan to the Michigan Department of Career Development in the amount of $109,672 for the period of July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2003; approving the budget; authorizing the County Administrator to sign delegate contracts
