4. Resolution amending the Enhanced Access to Public Records Policy to include E-Government Service Transactions and creating an Enhanced Access Board

Resolution ratifying the signature of the Administrator on a Application entitled Malletts Creek Wetland Detention to the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality for the Clean Michigan Initiative Clean Water Fund Program, for the Department of the Drain Commissioner, in the amount of $2,797,162, for the period of October 1, 2002 – September 30, 2004; authorizing the Administrator to sign the notice of grant award; amending the budget and authorizing the Administrator to sign the delegate contracts

Resolution ratifying the signature of the Administrator on a grant application entitled Illicit Connection Elimination in Allen’s Creekshed to the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality for the Clean Michigan Initiative Clean Water Fund Program, for the Department of the Drain Commissioner, in the amount of $249,989, for the period of January 1, 2003 – December 31, 2004; authorizing the Administrator to sign the notice of grant award; amending the budget and authorizing the Administrator to sign the delegate contracts

7.                  Resolution ratifying the signature of the Administrator on a grant application entitled Illicit Connection Elimination in Swift Run Creekshed to the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality for the Clean Michigan Initiative Clean Water Fund Program, for the Department of the Drain Commissioner, in the amount of $249,989, for the period of January 1, 2003 – December 31, 2004; authorizing the Administrator to sign the notice of grant award; amending the budget and authorizing the Administrator to sign delegate contracts

Resolution authorizing the acceptance of the Partnership for Adult Learning (pal) Program second year funding award from the Michigan Department of Career Development in the amount of $349,881 for the period of October 1, 2001 through December 31, 2002 for the Employment Training and Community Services Group; amending the budget; and authorizing the County Administrator to sign delegate and lease contracts

9. Resolution ratifying the signature of the Administrator on the grant proposal to the State of Michigan Department of Consumer & Industry Services’ Energy Office for the Rebuild Michigan Program for the Department of Environment and Infrastructure Services in the amount of $41,361.58 for the period of March 1, 2002 through September 1, 2003; authorizing the Administrator to sign the notice of grant award; amending the budget; and authorizing the Administrator to sign the delegate contracts
