1.
Resolution approving the
purchase of the house located at 1064 Monroe Street Ypsilanti using
Michigan State Housing Development Authority Neighborhood Preservation funds,
as part of the Ypsilanti Gateway Neighborhood Preservation Program, and
authorizing the County Administrator to sign the necessary documentation to
acquire and sell 2.
Resolution ratifying the Chair of the
Board’s signature on the Employment Training Community Services (ETCS)
Group’s fiscal year (FY) 2001 Displaced Homemaker
Program (DHP) Pan application to the Michigan Department of Career
Development (MDCD), in the amount of $81,000, for the period of October 1,
2001 through September 30, 2002; authorizing the County Administrator to sign
the Notice of Grant Award; amending the budget, and authorizing the County
Administrator to sign delegate contracts 3.
Resolution authorizing the reorganization
of the Facilities Management Department including
the creation and elimination of positions 4.
Resolution authorizing the signature of
the Washtenaw County Administrator on the application to the State of
Michigan Historic Preservation Grant Program for
funding for inventory, digitizing, and mapping Historic Resources in the
amount of $13,500 for a total program amount of $26,414; authorizing the
Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award; amending the budget; and
authorizing the Administrator to sign the delegate contracts 5.
Resolution amending the Public Works Debt
Service Fund budgets for Sylvan Township Water and
Wastewater System Improvements in the amount of $597,807 for 2001,
$577,194 for 2002, and $970,146 for 2003 and amending the construction fund
budget in the amount of $12,650,000 6.
Resolution approving the amended contract
with the Township of Unadilla, the Township of Lyndon, the Township of Putnam
and the Multi-Lake Water and Sewer Authority for the Multi-Lakes Sanitary
Sewer System Phase II 7.
Bond resolution
for the Multi-Lakes Sanitary Sewer System Phase II to be financed partially
by bonds to be issued by the County up to the aggregate principal amount of
$7,850,000 8.
Resolution authorizing the County
Administrator to sign an amendment to the 2001 Professional Services Contract
with J.F. Moore & Associates, LLC, in the
amount of $35,000 for a total compensation not to exceed $95,000, to provide
Background Investigation Services for the Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Office
for the period of January 1, 2001 through December 31, 2001 9.
Resolution authorizing the Chair of the
Board to sign a Lease Agreement with the Washtenaw
County United Way for the purpose of leasing 1756 square feet of office space
located at 2301 Platt Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan, for the period of February
1, 2002 through July 31, 2002 in the amount of $13,170 10.
Resolution authorizing filing of application
with the State of Michigan for approval to issue Washtenaw County Building
Authority, Building Authority Refunding Bonds, Series
