26.    Resolution ratifying the signature of the Washtenaw County Administrator on the contract between the State of Michigan Department of Environmental Quality and the Washtenaw County Department of Environment and Infrastructure Services for the period October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002 in the amount of $513,505

27.    Resolution creating and eliminating positions for the reorganization of the Washtenaw County Parks and Recreation Department

28.    Resolution authorizing the County Administrator to sign the contract with National Information Consortium (NIC) in the amount of $372,000 a year for a three-year period November 8, 2001 through November 7, 2004 to provide e-government services

C.                WAYS & MEANS COMMITTEE – October 18, 2001:

29.       Resolution approving the 2002/2003 funding of Washtenaw County Human Services & Children’s Well-Being Outside Agencies and authorizing the Administrator to sign the contracts for the period January 1, 2002 through December 31, 2003

D.                WAYS & MEANS COMMITTEE – November 7, 2001

30.    Resolution authorizing the County Administrator to sign a supplemental continuation award with the U.S. Department of Justice – Office of Justice Programs’ Violence Against Women Office for the Judicial Oversight Demonstration Initiative funding Program for the Prosecutor’s Office in the amount of $1,176,395 for the period commencing October 1, 2001 and ending May 31. 2002; amending the budget and authorizing the Administrator to sign delegate contracts
