Resolution to amend the existing budget for the Stormwater Controls Demonstration Project funded by
the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality, for the Office of the Drain
Commissioner, for a total program amount of $590,965, for the period of
September 1, 2000 – August 31, 2002; and to add a supplemental construction
budget for the amount of $572,133, for the time period of January 1,
2001-December 31, 2003 2.
Resolution ratifying the signature of the Administrator
on application entitled Site Design for Malletts Creek
Regional Detention to the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality
for the Clean Water Act Section 319 Program, for the Department of the Drain
Commissioner, in the amount of $263,851, for the period of October 1, 2002 –
September 30, 2004; authorizing the Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant
Award; amending the budget and authorizing the Administrator to sign the
delegate contracts 3.
Resolution ratifying the signature of the Administrator
on a grant application entitled Malletts Creek
Regional Detention to the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality
for the Clean Michigan Initiative Nonpoint Source Pollution Control Program,
for the Department of the Drain Commissioner, in the amount of $2,791,481,
for the period of October 1, 2002 – September 30, 2004; authorizing the
Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award; amending the budget and
authorizing the Administrator to sign delegate contracts 4.
Resolution setting the 2001 Washtenaw
County Millage Rate at 5.6772 5.
Resolution ratifying the County Administrator’s
signature on an Application to the March of Dimes Community Grants, for the Infant Mortality and Prevention program in the amount
of $22,300 for the period of January 1, 2002 through December 31, 2002;
authorizing the Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award; amending the
budget; authorizing the Administrator to sign the delegate contracts; and
creating a .45 grant status Public Health Nurse position 6.
Resolution ratifying the Chair of the Board's
signature on an Application to the State of Michigan, Office of Highway
Safety Planning, for the continuation of the Sheriff's Department Secondary Road Patrol Program, for the period of
October 1, 2001 to September 30, 2002, in the amount of $271,988; authorizing
the Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award; amending the budget and
authorizing the Administrator to sign the delegate contracts 7.
Resolution authorizing the Chair of the Board to
sign the 2001/2002 State Child Care Fund Budget
Summary Form 2091 for the period of October 1, 2001 through September 30,
