RESOLUTIONS:

A.     WAYS & MEANS COMMITTEE – March 21, 2001:

2.      Resolution authorizing the hiring of Ellen Karosa-Shaffer as a Utilization Review Analyst above midpoint at a salary of $47,124 of Grade 28, Group 32

3.   Resolution ratifying the Chair of the Board’s signature on an Application/Registration and the Annual Expenditure Report to the State Police, Michigan Justice Training Commission, for State Law Enforcement Training Funds, according to Public Act 302, for the period of January 1, 2001 through December 31, 2001, authorizing the Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award; and authorizing the Administrator to sign the delegate contracts

4.      Resolution authorizing Washtenaw County’s involvement with the University of Michigan’s Division of Research and Development Administration for the UM’s Detroit Area Study (DAS) and authorizes the allocation of $35,000 towards the project
