1. Resolution appointing a print media representative to the Local Emergency Planning Committee for the remainder of a term expiring December 31, 2001

2. Resolution appointing representatives to the Neighborhood Advisory Council for the Huron Street Shelter for a term expiring as indicated

3. Resolution confirming the appointment of a member to the Sheriffs Department Community Relations Advisory Board for the remainder of a three-year term expiring December 31, 2001

B. WAYS & MEANS COMMITTEE January 17, 2001:

4. Resolution ratifying the Chair of the Boards signature on the fiscal year (FY) 2001 Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) application to the Michigan Family Independence Agency (FIA) for the period of October 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001 in the amount of $88,150 for the Employment Training and Community Services Group; authorizing the County Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award; amending the budget and authorizing the Administrator to sign the delegate contracts

5. Resolution supporting the participation of Washtenaw County in the Cities for Climate Protection Campaign

6. Resolution accepting an offer for third party administration of claims services and excess insurance coverage for workers disability compensation for the 2001-2004 period

7. Resolution ratifying the application to the Michigan Department of Consumer & Industry Services for the 2001 Remonumentation Program in the amount of $94,122; appointing a Grant Administrator; authorizing the Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award; amending the budget and authorizing the Administrator to sign the delegate contracts
