A.      WAYS & MEANS – October 4, 2000:

 

 

 

1.        Resolution ratifying the signature of the Administrator on the Agreement Application with the Michigan Family Independence Agency for the period October 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001, for the Reintegration Program for the Trial Court Family Division in the amount of $148,724 to provide reintegration services to state delinquency wards and court wards under FIA supervision; authorizing the Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award; amending the budget; continuing positions; and authorizing the Administrator to sign delegate contracts

 

 

 

B.       APPROVAL OF CLAIMS:

 

 

 

2.        Resolution approving claims through September 22, 2000

 

 

 

E.                   NEW BUSINESS:

 

 

 

3.        Resolution accepting the Report of the Washtenaw County Road Study Committee on Sustainable Subdivision Road Design and strongly recommending that the principles outlined by the Report guide the adoption of flexible standards for subdivison roads in Washtenaw County

 

4.        Resolution determining and ordering a change in the boundaries of the Village of Chelsea

 

5.        Resolution setting a public hearing for November 1, 2000 at a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners meeting at 6:45 p.m. in the Board Room, Administration Building, for consideration of alteration of the boundaries of the Village of Manchester
