Resolution ratifying the signature of the Chair of the Board on the Transportation-To-Work Program Plan to the Michigan Department of Career Development for the Employment Training and Community Services Group in the amount of $201,701 for the period of April 1, 2000 through December 31, 2000; authorizing the Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award; approving the budget; authorizing the County Administrator to sign delegate contracts

  3. Resolution authorizing the Administrator to sign a Cooperative Agreement and submit application materials to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development for the purpose of establishing a HOME Consortium in Washtenaw County for the period of October 1, 2000 through December 31, 2003
