Resolution ratifying the signature of the Chair of the Board on the application to the Michigan Department of Career Development (MDCD) Fiscal Year (FY) 1999 Work First Plan in the amount of $1,115,500, for the period of October 1, 1999 to September 30, 2000 for the Employment Training and Community Services Group; authorizing the Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award; amending the budget; and authorizing the Administrator to sign the delegate contracts

  2. Resolution approving the Human Service Directors recommendations for 2000/2001 funding of Human Services Outside Agencies and authorizing the Administrator to sign the resulting service contracts for the period January 1, 2000 through December 31, 2001
