authorizing the signature of the County Administrator on the Agreement
with the City of Ypsilanti for the Michigan State Housing Development
Authority (MSHDA) Neighborhood Preservation Program (NPP) for a total program
amount of $801,900 for the Ypsilanti Gateway South End Neighborhood as
part of the Gateway Community and Economic Development Corporation Community
Revitalization Initiative for the period of June 1, 1999 through May 31,
2001; amending the budget and authorizing the Administrator to sign the
delegate contracts
8.Resolution
ratifying the signature of the County Administrator on the Re-application
to the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) for continuation
of the Community Development Housing Rehabilitation
Program for a total program amount of $390,000 to serve low income
homeowners in Washtenaw County for the period of September 1, 1999 through
August 30, 2001 for the Employment Training and Community Services Group;
authorizing the County Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award;
amending the budget; and authorizing the Administrator to sign delegate

adopting a fee schedule for the Environmental
Health Divisions’ implementation of the regulation for Onsite Well and
Sewage Disposal System Inspection at the Time of Property Transfer effective
October 21, 1999 10.Resolution
authorizing the establishment of the Washtenaw
County Soil Erosion & Sedimentation Control Board of Appeals fee

sign an Agreement with Ingham County to reimburse Washtenaw County for

through September 30, 2000 in the amount of $35,000 15.Resolution
accepting the additional funding in the amount of $300,000 from the Michigan
Economic Development Corporation, Community Development Block Grant in
the form of a loan to be repaid by Wayne County for the Willow
Run Airport Hanger 1 Project and amending the budget for a total project
of $1,900,000 for a two year period 16.Resolution
authorizing the Chair of the Board to sign the application to the
Michigan Family Independence Agency for the 1999-2000
