	A.WAYS & MEANS COMMITTEE – September 15, 1999:

	Resolution authorizing the Chair of the Board to sign the Management Agreements with the Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti Area Visitors and Convention Bureaus, Inc. for the purpose of fostering tourism and securing conventions in Washtenaw County for the January 1, 2000 through December 31, 2004 Resolution authorizing the Chair of the Board to sign the Sixth Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation of the Washtenaw County Building Authority Resolution authorizing the Administrator to sign a lease with Harriet Commerce Center LP for the Harriet Street Commerce Center located at 300 Harriet Street, Ypsilanti for the period of five years for the Workforce Development Center “One Stop Service Center” Resolution authorizing the County Administrator to sign an amendment to the 1999 Professional Services Contract with J. F. Moore & Associates, LLC, in the amount of $30,000 for a total compensation not to exceed $90,000, to provide background investigation services for the Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Office for the period January 1, 1999 through December 31, 1999

	B.WAYS & MEANS COMMITTEE – October 6, 1999:

	5.Resolution authorizing the sale of bonds for the Northfield Township Sewer System Improvements – North Territorial Road Sewers 6.Resolution authorizing the hiring of Patricia Horne McGee as the Head Start Program Director at a salary of $61,500, Grade 32, Group 32, above midpoint of the salary schedule effective October 18, 1999

	7.Resolution setting a Public Hearing on the Proposed 2000/2001 Budget for Wednesday, November 3, 1999 at 6:45 p.m. in the Board Room, County Administration Building, in compliance with Section 2 of Act 43, PA 1963, 2nd ex.
