Resolution ratifying the signature of the Chair of the Board on the Employment Training and Community Service (ETCS) Group’s Program Year (PY) 1998 JTPA Title IIA/IIC Incentive Grant Job Training Plan in the amount of $12,547 for the period of July 1, 1998 through June 30, 1999 and approving the budget
  2. Resolution ratifying the signature of the Chair of the Board on the Employment Training and Community Service (ETCS) Group’s Program Year (PY) 1998 JTPA Title IIA Job Training Plan Modification in the amount of $424,009 for the period of July 1, 1998 through June 30, 1999 and approving the revised budget
  3. Resolution ratifying the signature of the Chair of the Board on the Fiscal Year (FY) 1999 Food Stamp Employment & Training (FSE&T) Plan Modification for the period October 1, 1998 through September 30, 1999 in the amount of $140,930; authorizing the administrator to sign the notice of grant award; revising the budget and authorizing the administrator to sign delegate contracts
  4. Resolution ratifying the County Administrator's signature on an application with the US Department of Justice - Office of Justice Programs' Violence Against Women Office for the Judicial Oversight Demonstration Initiative Funding Program for the Prosecutor's Office in the amount of $1,997,383 for the period commencing January 1, 2000 and ending December 31. 2000.
  5. Resolution ratifying the County Administrator’s signature on an application with the State of Michigan, Office of Drug Control Policy, Department of Community Health, Governor's Discretionary Grant Program in the amount of $289,800 for one year, commencing from October 1, 1999 and ending September 30, 2000
  6. Resolution ratifying the County Administrator’s signature on an application with the State of Michigan, Office of Drug Control Policy, Department of Community Health, Byrne Grant Program in the amount of $312,800 for one year, commencing from October 1, 1999 and ending September 30, 2000
  7. Resolution ratifying the County Administrator’s signature on an application with the Michigan Department of Community Health, Office of Drug Control Policy for D.A.R.E. funding in the amount of $21,579 through the Byrne Memorial Formula Grant Program for the period of October 1, 1999 through September 30, 2000

Resolution authorizing the Administrator to sign the application to the Department of Health and Human Services for the period of August 1, 1999 through July 31, 2000 in the amount of $2,586,611 for the Head Start Program; authorizing the Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award, amending the budget and authorizing the Administrator to sign delegate contracts
  4. Resolution authorizing the Administrator to sign the application to the Michigan Family Independence Agency for the Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grant in the amount of $139,853 for the period June 1, 1999 through May 31, 2000
