  1. WAYS & MEANS COMMITTEE – March 24, 1999:
 
  1. Resolution to adopt the creation of a service fee for litigation searches in the Court Services division of the Clerk/Register’s Department in the amount of $5.00 per individual or entity searched from 1979 to present and $1.00 per year for years prior to 1979
  1. Resolution adopting the amended Washtenaw County Grading/Soil Erosion & Sedimentation control ordinance

  2. Resolution authorizing the County Administrator to sign an inter-agency agreement For a Rouge River On-site Sewage Disposal Management Project between the County of Wayne and the County of Washtenaw in the amount of $99,416 for nine months

  3. Resolution amending the Washtenaw County Money Purchase Pension Plan to allow Increased participant investment discretion and greater flexibility in the administration thereof

  • Resolution stating theintent to establish the Washtenaw Brownfield Redevelopment Authority, and set a Public Hearing for May 5, 1999 receive public comment on the creation of such authority and the designation of the proposed Brownfield Redevelopment Zone
  • Setting a Public Hearing for the Urban Cooperation Act on the following dates – April 21, 1999, May 5, 1999, May 19, 1999
