A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE WASHTENAW COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS RULES & REGULATIONS AD HOC COMMITTEE
WASHTENAW COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
January 20, 1999
WHEREAS, the Washtenaw County Board of Commissioners adopted their 1999 operating rules and regulations (99-0002) at their January 6, 1999 organizational meeting; and
WHEREAS, the rules and regulations of the Washtenaw County Board of Commissioners govern the County's operations; and
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the Board of Commissioners to periodically review their rules and regulations; and
WHEREAS, establishing a Ad Hoc Committee allows the opportunity to review and recommend changes to the Board of Commissioners' rules and regulations; and
WHEREAS, this Ad Hoc Committee shall be comprised of three Commissioners with Corporation Counsel providing staff support
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Washtenaw County Board of Commissioners hereby appoints Commissioners Carlos Acevedo, Vivienne Armentrout and Michael DuRussel as the Washtenaw County Board of Commissioners Rules & Regulations Ad Hoc Committee
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners directs the Ad Hoc Committee to provide their recommendations to the Board of Commissioners at the March Ways & Means Committee
