at 6:45 p.m. in the Board Room, County Administration Building, in compliance

Section 24e of Act 206, PA 1893 (MCLA. 211.24e), the Millage Reduction
Fractions from Act 6, PA. 1981, and Act 539, PA 1982 (MCLA 211.34d), and
