Resolution ratifying the signature of the Chair of the Board on the Program Year (PY) 1998 JTPA Title III Economic Dislocation and Worker Adjustment Assistance Act (EDWAAA) Plan for the Employment Training/Community Services Group for the period July 1, 1998 through June 30, 1999 in the amount of $116,732; amending the budget and authorizing the Administrator to sign the delegate contracts
