  1. Resolution authorizing the application for Michigan Great Lakes Protection Fund Grant monies for the Drain Commissioner in the amount of $64,000 for the period of January 1, 1999 through December 31, 1999

Resolution submitting to the Washtenaw County Electors a question of whether the tax limitation should be increased by four-tenths (0.40) of a mill for ten(10) years, beginning with the December 1, 1999 tax levy, to provide funding for the County's Comprehensive Land Preservation Strategy, including the Purchase of Open Space Land and Development Rights in Agricultural Land as well as funding Urban Revitalization activities and planning; adopting the Purchase of Development Rights and Open Space Ordinances; adopting theUrban Revitalization Position Paper; and adopting the Planning and Implementation Concept Paper prepared by County Planning
