	APPOINTMENTS:   Resolution appointing John Sickler to the City of Saline Local Development Finance Authority for a four-year term expiring December 31, 2001
	WAYS & MEANS COMMITTEE - April 15, 1998:   Resolution approving the Tentative Agreement with the Public Defenders Association, and Washtenaw County for the five year period January 1, 1998 through December 31, 2002   Resolution adopting the issuance and the use of County Credit Cards to Selected County Officers and Employees Policy   Resolution creating positions for Public Health for the Maternal & Infant Advocacy Services (MIHAS); terminating the existing contract with HELPSOURCE (formerly known as Child and Family Services/Huron Services for Youth) and amending the Public Health budget   Resolution ratifying the County Administrator's signature on an application with the Michigan Department of Community Health, Office of Drug Control Policy for Community Policing funding through the Byrne Memorial Formula Program in the amount of $40,810 for the period October 1, 1998 through September 30, 1999
