Throughout this year, and during 2008, the Board of Commissioners and
Administration have attempted to find new ways to keep information flowing
to and from County employees, as well as members of the community served by
the County.

2009 Community Forum Presentation - Given at
the County's Learning Resource Center.
- March, 2009, Town Hall
Sessions - A series of nine town hall meetings with
Administration, Board members and more than 250 employees helped
bring the economic situation facing the County into
focus. These sessions also provided time for important employee
questions and commentary.

Community Forums - Four Community Forums on the County's
2010/2011 Budget Process are currently being planned to share information
with and gather feedback from the Washtenaw County community.
